If you have at least 2 people under your supervision, you are exempt from Overtime pay.

Both of the previous responses are helpful, but as a additional point to response number one; the courts are now ruling that you have to have the ability to solely hire AND fire as a supervisor without having to confer with any other personnel ( HR or upper supervision )
