Okay, here goes. I was sentenced to 45 days for a crime I did not commit. I appealed the case and I won, after I won the state came back and wanted to do a retrial. I was going to the court dates and dealing with this problem. I lost a job over all this and it really just doesn't seem right to me that my family had to go through that for something I didn't do. I could understand if I was guilty but I'm not and it has been proven and I want compensation.
