Education in Switzerland with a certificate - any chances to work in USA

Education in Switzerland with a certificate - any chances to work in USA?
Okay, I'm going to start to study a profession here in Switzerland this summer. We call it apprenticeship, but I guess it would be kind of equal to a college degree in the states. My problem is, the bachelor in USA is kinda something else than the bachelor here. I'm really confused with all this stuff ... So I will learn the profession businesswoman. I guess it's like working in administration .. but I will be specialized in travel, so I'm going to be a travel agent after I'm done with my apprenticeship, here in Switzerland. Do I have chances in the states to work in an administration, as receptionist or just simply a travel agent? My dream is to live and work in Amerika, that'd be totally great. By the way, I'm 15, but that doesn't matter, I'm just concerned about my future.

"My dream is to live and work in Amerika" If 0bama gets his way you will have a good shot at it. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Amerika_(TV_miniseries) Seriously though, if you apprentice in travel, your best bet is at a travel agency or maybe with a large corporation that does lots of travel. "Do not come to the U.S Worst place ever!" France awaits you, lib.

Eww! Do not come to this sewer! The people are brainwashed by the media. All racial groups are racist and against each other. There are gangs everywhere! Rich females are whorish and slutty (with fake plastic all over their bodies) Do not come to the U.S Worst place ever!

Good for you!! In America, it takes 4 years to get a Bachelor's degree! My grand daughter is in her first year to become a nurse! She said it's like being back in High school and has to take English and Math along with all the medical stuff. Anyway, as for a job in travel, languages should be at the top of your list. English, French, Spanish (American style if you want to live in the USA, it is different from European Spanish! check it out!) Then business Administration, knowledge of Geography, yes, and Math too! How to use computers, and some graphics wouldn't hurt. You could go into the Net and check out what you would have to have to get an American Bachelor's degree, and compare that with your studies. One last thing, it would be good for you to try to get employment with an International Agency, where you could possibly to be sent to different countries including America. Being a Travel Agent is NOT a glamorous job sitting behind a desk, but you could think about being a courier for a Travel Agency! Knowing different languages would definately be a plus in that field!! You would have to know different countries' customs, so as not to get the whole group into trouble. I think, if I was young again, I would love to do that! You could get your feet wet around , think about this ok!.

Which is the bigger genocide? Darfur or Iraq

Which is the bigger genocide? Darfur or Iraq?
A million dead from sanctions in the 1990s, nearly a million dead from war since 2003. Nice work, Amerika. Nothing to do with sanctions??? So it's a coincidence that a million died of malnutrition and preventable disease while Iraq couldn't sell any oil or import any medicine? cantkeep - 2 million dead Iraqis didn't die by accident.

Your numbers are way off. Did you get those from moveon.org?
2 :
So many so called liberals forget how many died under Clinton era sanctions.
3 :
According to the liberals Global Warming is more important then anything. Anyway ask Bill Clinton why he stood around with his pants down while a million people were hacked to death by their own in Rwanda.
4 :
I think Darfur has been more deadly so far. I think it is appalling the UN will do nothing to help the people of the Sudan. The people who died int 1990s were killed by Saddam. It had nothing to do with sanctions. Edit: They died of malnutrition because Saddam controlled the wealth in the country. If you did not agree with him, you could not get a job and therefore any money or food.
5 :
Neither, its lib supported abortion
6 :
We aren't the ones doing the killing now. Its the terrorist blowing them self up or just using a IED. Do you really think there wouldn't be any killing if we weren't there. Hello, they are killing each other now. As for Darfur what would you have us do???
7 :
You have every right to be mad at america. They have sqrewed up real bad. The truth is that the people aren't the bad guys it's the president and our governmental prceduces. We have one of the worst presidents ever to be the ruler of our country and he started this whole war, and i've been against it since the very beginnning! To answer your question i would have to say that both iraq and darfur are genocidal, but iraq is worse in that it was americas intention to start a war, we are a peace loving country and to start a war is absoultly hipocritical and absurd!!
8 :
Let me check my "give a crap" meter what you think...
9 :
destruction is destruction. Where do you think you are? this ain't Heaven on Earth
10 :
Actually, radical Islam is the culprit in both. And it's interesting to note that people criticized the US for "killing" half a million Iraqis a month with the oil-for-food sanctions. It wasn't Saddam's fault for building palaces with the money. No, it was America's fault, again. But some people can only blame America, and call it childish names. Those kinds of posts give me hope that the rest of the country will see the idiocy and will NOT let the Democrats have the White House again.
11 :
Over a billion fed since 1980, nearly 700 million vaccinated against killer disease, hundreds of billions of dollars in disaster relief world wide. Nice work, America!
12 :
I see your point, but Iraq is not the definition of genocide. No particular group of people is being targeted besides alleged terrorists. I think our boys and girls need to come home, but this is a tasteless comparison.

What's a good & safe website to find work abroad where they post job openings?I am from Philippines. Thanks po!
My niece just came home from Jordan where she worked as domestic helper for 2 years. Her employee is good and wanted her back but she wanted to adventure on other countries like Canada, somehere in Europe, Amerika or Hongkong where she can get higher pay. She wanted to go as soon as possible before she rans out of money. She's 22 years old and I want to help her get a finer job like chambermaid or domestic help where she could also be safe. I tried to find websites but some are tricky and I don't know if they can be trusted. Do you know of a website that could help her? She is very industrious, hardworking, though petite (she's only 5' tall), kind, respectful, honest, and she's pretty with her very long black hair. She's college level, but she has to work for her family. She would like to send her sister and brothers to college and would like to help her father who is peddling on anything to earn a living. They were orphaned by their mother when they were still babies aged 1,2,3,5.
